日本ハープ協会主催の第35回草加-日本国際ハープコンクール2024では、下記のリンクの募集要項に記載された賞のほかに、新たに山畑松枝賞（審査員特別賞）賞金1万円を新設致します。
山畑松枝先生は日本人ハーピストの草分けのひとり、またNHK交響楽団のメンバーとして活躍され、多くのハーピストの支えとなり、その面倒見の良さから楽団仲間内でも“おっかさん”の愛称で親しまれていました。没後に御家族から日本ハープ協会に寄贈された山畑松枝基金からこの特別賞は供与されます。
審査員の協議の上、各部門（プロフェッショナル、アドバンス、ジュニア）の４位以下の参加者の中から、部門ごとに最大2名（合計6名）に授与されます。
コンクール出場の受付申込は、2024年8月15日（木）〜9月15日（日）必着です。
In addition to the prizes listed in the Application Guidelines at the link below, the 35th Soka-Japan International Harp Competition 2024, organized by the Japan Harp Association, will be newly established with a prize of 10,000 yen for the Yamahata Matsue Award (Jury’s Special Award).
Professor Yamahata Matsue was one of the pioneers of Japanese harpists and was a member of the NHK Symphony Orchestra, supporting many harpists and affectionately known as “Okkasan” (Big Mam) among her fellow orchestra members for her caring nature. This special prize will be provided by the Yamahata Matsue Fund, which was donated to the Japan Harp Association by her family after her passing.
After discussion among the jury, the prize will be awarded to up to two participants (total of six) from each category (Professional, Advanced, Junior) who placed 4th or lower.
Applications to participate in the competition must arrive between Thursday, August 15th and Sunday, September 15th, 2024.
